Naturopathic Medicine
By integrating the science of modern evidence-based medicine with the wisdom of traditional healing modalities, integrative mental health care synergizes the realms of science and art.
I combine conventional clinical assessment and laboratory testing, when indicated, with person-centered treatment that may draw from:
• Botanical medicine - including cannabis
• Nutraceuticals
• Medication prescribing and tapering
• Lifestyle factors
• Mind–body practices - breathing techniques, guided visualization, somatic therapy
• CounselingThis collaborative approach supports both symptom relief and the ongoing cultivation of resilience and balance.

Adoptee-Centered Care
Families take many forms, and lineage often exists beyond traditional definitions. I invite a deeper understanding of adoption and the broader experience of non-traditional families. Separation and disconnection impact identity and the sense of belonging, which frequently involve complex grief and ambiguous loss within the adoptee space.
Visits provide an opportunity to reflect on the intersections of race, culture, gender, sexuality, and neurodiversity – identities with which adoptees frequently resonate. This work offers a sanctuary for navigating the ‘what ifs’ and uncertainties adoptees commonly carry, while exploring transpersonal perspectives to support integration and healing. Together, we explore attachment, contemplate the journey of coming out of the fog, and restore agency, safety, and connection. We also support healing of tensions that may be felt regarding concepts of assimilation and acculturation.
Adoption literacy cannot be complete without recognizing the historical, cultural, and systemic forces that contribute to the objectification and commodification of humans that is rooted in the adoption industrial complex.

Tele-Medicine vs. Tele-Education
As a licensed naturopathic doctor in the state of Washington, I am able to provide tele-medicine to Washington residents. These visits can include the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of medical conditions, including the ability to prescribe medications. I cannot prescribe controlled substances such as stimulants or benzodiazepines.
For individuals outside of Washington, I offer tele-education consultations. These sessions allow me to educate individuals regarding their existing diagnosis, labs, and treatment plans. Tele-education is not medical care; I am not acting as a physician. I do not order labs, diagnose, or prescribe treatment. Anything discussed should be reviewed with your own medical providers to ensure they are safe and appropriate.
