Welcome,

I am a Washington licensed naturopathic doctor and completed a one-year CNME accredited residency in Seattle, WA with a focus in integrative psychiatry. I have additional certification as a psychedelic therapy provider through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI).

My path to my work began with my deep curiosity about the human experience and how they interact - from anatomy and physiology, to psychology, and our systemic experiences. As a multicultural, queer, transracial and transnational adoptee, exploring my identity and how I relate to the world around me led me to the education that put me here today. I enjoy working with those who want to bring their story to the doctor - those who often feel like they must hold back from sharing beyond just the objective qualities of their worries, gloom, shadows, or symptoms. I focus on relational care that synthesizes and integrates your experiences bridging the disconnect between listing your symptoms, connecting to them, and the history behind them.

I enjoy time with my dog, Poppy, quality time with loved ones, music, sharing good laughs, reading memoirs, and outdoor and urban adventures.
