My practice is a good fit for people who want to do long-term work and recognize that quick fixes are often temporary. I enjoy walking along side patients on their journey offering a balance of:
guidance with autonomy
structure with adaptability
compassion with pragmatism
science and evidence with creativity
education with being taught
I am a good fit for those who struggle to separate or contain parts of themselves from their whole when they see specialists. My approach is relational and blended with curiosity to understand.

No, as a small virtual practice, I do not provide emergency or crisis services. I do not maintain an on-call phone or provide 24/7 crisis coverage. If you are experiencing an emergency, thoughts of self-harm, or are in immediate danger, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, call 988 - the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or your local emergency contact.
I do address protective factors, risk factors, and safety plans, and will coordinate care.
