I am not a preferred provider with insurance providers. However, I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to insurance for partial reimbursement as an out-of-network provider, for those in the state of Washington. Please contact your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network coverage for naturopathic services in advance. Many patients get a significant portion of their visit reimbursed. All visit payments are due at the time of service.
