Mazurah Integrative Medicine currently operates as an out-of-network, self-pay practice. This model allows for greater flexibility in terms of time, practice style, and confidentiality. Many patients appreciate the increased privacy and autonomy this structure provides. All visit payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Superbills are available for those who wish to seek partial reimbursement from their insurance plan in the state of Washington. While many patients receive a significant portion of their visit costs back, every plan is different. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider ahead of time to verify your out-of-network benefits.
